Pillars of Leadership™ is offered twice each year through our partnership with the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, providing professionals with two opportunities annually to join a leadership development cohort.
Two Cohorts are currently offered each year. Each cohort follows the same structured 12-month journey, creating a collaborative environment where participants learn from experienced leaders, gain diverse perspectives, and apply leadership concepts to real-world challenges.

AHCC/POL Program Investment
The AHCC leadership program, known as the Pillars of Leadership™ (POL), is designed as a long-term professional development experience that emphasizes leadership growth, accountability, collaboration, and organizational impact.
Monthly enrolment fees -
- $350/month standard enrollment
- $300/month AHCC member enrollment
- Multi-participant organizational discounts available
- Limited cohort enrollment (15 seats maximum per cohort, first come, first served)
